Warning for Blogger: Never Sacrifice Your Bed Time

Bloggers and webmasters usually work from midnight until dawn. This is really not good for health, even though they can pay back their sleep time by wake up late or take a nap at noon.
Human do need 7-8 hours of sleep/day, but they also do need it at night, not just any time in a day. Human biological clock can detect the difference between day and night, and for the purpose of body’s detoxification it’s very substantial to get rest at night.
These are the reasons why:
9:00 – 11:00 pm: These are the time when body done detoxification process in lymph node, which is important so the antibody system can works perfectly. In these hours we should already enter relaxation state, which can be achieved by reading book, listening music, or watching TV.
11:00 pm – 01:00 am: Detoxification of your liver part. To avoid getting a liver cancer, at this hours human should already sleep soundly.
12:00 am – 04:00 am: It’s the time for bone marrow to produces blood. Give your body a perfect sleep can greatly helped this process.
01:00 – 03:00 am: Detoxification of your bile. This fluid that produces by liver also needs to be cleansed by a quality sleep.
03:00 – 05:00 am: Detoxification of lungs takes process. People with lungs or respiration problems usually coughing hard in these hours. It’s recommend not to take a cough medicine at this hours, so it won’t distrub the detox process in respiration area.
05:00 – 07:00 am: Detoxification of colon. Very recommended to urinate at these hours, for your urine all full with excrement and needs to got rid from body’s system. This why it’s important not wake up too late every day.
07:00 – 09:00 am: Time to give your small intestine some nutrients. Breakfast might be the most important meal of all day. Especially if you’re in a treatment, it’s imperative to have breakfast around 6:30 am.
